Halais Hotel - Hanoi

The location of Halais Hotel is excellent, just a pleasant stroll away from Southover Grange Gardens. I stayed in a double room for 4 nights, and it was beautifully decorated and featured a lovely bathtub.

We did n't have time, but we will come back. The hotel was the best base for enjoying a calm area, just off the center, a lovely large park and the airport. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Cliffe High Street was nice. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

The staff were immensely pleasant and outstandingly accommodating, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge...

This place has beautifully maintained rooms with elegant decor and features an exceptionally helpful and friendly staff.

clean, hip new hotel with particularly good and magnificent location in the middle of jackson. well-kept room, tidy with bathtub. good choice of supplies in the room: a safe box, cable channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. location so close to the restaurant as well as a huge shopping mall.

Magnificent and marvellous location in Hanoi, short walk to a huge shopping mall as well as taxi. Also, near the park.

Spacious and tidy rooms with all the essentials like an electric kettle and a fridge. ♨️ Also, there's a nice bathtub in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a bathtub and elegant decorations. the hotel enjoys a calm atmosphere and boasts an excellent location near a major shopping mall, a beautiful park, and the city center. - Conveniently situated in the heart of the city.

The rooms with bathtub and grand decor are fantastic. the extremely helpful and really friendly staff provide extra care. - the location in the middle of Jackson is nice and efficient.

The location here is fantastic, right next to a beautiful lake and park. the space is quite large and has impressive decor. the staff are all friendly and helped resolve my issues. 👍.

We stayed here for a night and had a smooth check-in experience. The receptionist was friendly and provided us with information about the hotel's amenities, including the wifi and breakfast. Although we were given a different room than the one we booked, it turned out to be even better - it was spacious and had a bathtub. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bed that was incredibly cozy. We also found the staff to be kind and helpful.

As for the location, it was perfect for us as we wanted to be away from the busy tourist areas. However, if you're planning to visit attractions like Hoan Kiem lake or the old quarters, it might not be the most convenient.

Friendly staff and they offer free wake-up calls and ironing services, which was really convenient. the twin room we stayed in had a bathtub, and all the facilities were in good working condition. 👌

We only stayed at Halais for one night during our trip from Sapa. Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly. We were pleasantly surprised when we were given a different, bigger room with a bathtub. The WiFi connection was excellent, allowing us to work without any issues. The hotel also had a lovely café on the ground floor, perfect for meetings. The spacious room and comfortable bed were great value for money, and the included breakfast was a nice bonus. The staff were helpful, storing our luggage and arranging airport transfers. a beautiful hotel with immaculate rooms and exceptional service.

Amazing service here! the room is so nice, super clean, and even has a bathtub 🛁. It's a quick walk to a park and the city center is also close by.
